Ali McShane | Design Director

Ali is an experienced and highly regarded design professional with over 15 years of professional practice. With her many years experience in corporate interior design consultancies; Ali has vast experience with organisations undertaking large scale projects, refurbishment work, strategic consultancy, or relocation projects.

Ali’s expertise involves uncovering and interpreting workplace styles and designing relevant workplace settings to meet the needs of differing organisations. This thoughtful and effective application of workplace design plays a significant role in determining the long term effectiveness of the workplace.

Her warm personality together with her enthusiasm and the highest level of service mentality enables her to obtain the confidence and trust of both the client and the project team alike. Ali has often played a pivotal role in design change management, being the design advocate in user group forums and facilitating workshops.

Ali’s wealth of experience extends to financial and insurance sectors, legal markets, media agencies, large government agencies and IT development companies. More recently Ali has been working closely with the media sector and her clients have included BBC Worldwide, Mediacom, Mindshare and the ABC.

Monika Branagan | Design Director

Monika is a multidisciplinary designer with strong skills in both graphic and interior design. Monika has designed for well known brands such as Bankwest, Versace, Ella Baché, Ron Bennett, CEO menswear, Camilla, theeyecarecompany, Dick Smith, Aesop, GPK, My Baby Warehouse, Nutorious & Eden Gardens. She has a breadth of experience in all facets of retail projects from concept design through to construction and has experience in retail rollout project management. Monika has designed retail environments for stores in Westfield, QIC, Stocklands, AMP, Lend Lease, Centro, SACL, MYER and David Jones centres. She is experienced in dealing with Retail Design Managers, contractors & services engineers.

Monika was the principal designer of the world-first Lonely Planet conceptstore at Sydney International Airport. A number of her projects have been shortlisted in the Best Retail Design category of the Interior Design Awards as well as featured in reputable design publications.

Monika’s experience extends beyond retail interior design to include museum & exhibition design, theatre design, visual merchandising, commercial & hospitality projects. She has also worked as a part-time lecturer in the Interior Design Department at Sydney Institute of Technology.

The Bold Collective | Kristy LeeKristy Lee | Designer

Kristy has been working in the design industry for the last 5 years, beginning with a hands on role in a boutique architectural firm before diving into the commercial design world and landing on her feet at The Bold Collective.

Having graduated from the Design Centre Enmore with an Advanced Diploma, she has hit the ground running filling her time developing her design skills which stretch across documentation, 3D visualisation, graphics and conceptual design.

Kristy has worked on a range of projects stretching from media agencies to education including Think Education, Mi9, Channel 9, Saatchi & Saatchi, Dyson, WPP, as well as a number of retail clients.
