Cromwell Property Group approached us with a brief to design a shared services offering, to benefit existing tenants within 200 Mary Street, Brisbane as well as external parties needing meeting spaces or ‘drop-in working’ facilities. The solution provides a variety of work settings, from individual desk working with height adjustability through to open collaborative meeting spaces, small & medium sized enclosed meeting rooms, hush rooms and a large, flexible training/boardroom with suitable AV capability & adjacent kitchen/breakout space.
The interior includes bright colours, stained plywood and colour dipped rope screening. A highlight feature are the geometric shapes we designed to intersect in dynamic ways, which graphically communicates the work patterns and movements of the itinerant facility. The shared services offering has been such a huge success that an independent party has taken on the managing of the facility as a commercial enterprise.
